📝 Registration Steps

  1. Visit the Information Regulator’s official site.
  2. Click on “REGISTER HERE” under the POPIA section.
  3. Complete the online form with:
    • Business name and registration number
    • Information Officer’s full name and contact details
    • Deputy Information Officer details (if applicable)
  4. Submit the form and retain your confirmation email.

📅 When to Register?

Immediately upon processing personal information. Updates must be submitted if the Information Officer changes.
